Adithya Das – Founder & CEO | Linkedin
Adithya is a serial entrepreneur with nearly a decade of experience at the intersection of B2B marketplaces, SaaS, and operational innovation in the global apparel industry. He founded his first company, Trisoul Solutions, in 2017, and has since led ventures focused on solving deep inefficiencies across sourcing, design, and distribution.
His entrepreneurial journey led to a key insight: the world is full of bold founders, but access to capital and networks remains deeply unequal. This conviction deepened during his time at Hult International Business School in San Francisco and London, where he earned master’s degrees in International Marketing and Entrepreneurship & Innovation. Through global exposure and initiatives like the Hult Prize 2024 (in partnership with the UN), Adithya saw how the right platform can unlock transformative impact.
Beau Giannini – CoFounder & Board Advisor | Linkedin
Beau is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with over 20 years of experience building and scaling ventures across fintech, supply chain, and consumer brands. As Founder & CEO of Ternary Intelligence, he develops predictive analytics driven by proprietary AI and complex systems science. Previously, Beau raised $40M+ in venture funding as Co-Founder & CEO of Freeborders (in partnership with IBM), led global supply chain initiatives through Sinomark Consulting, and scaled Yogavive into 4,000+ retail stores nationwide.
In parallel, he mentors startup teams at UC Berkeley Haas and has held leadership roles at YPO in San Francisco and Shanghai. His academic background includes a PhD in Management Science (Tongji University), an MBA from UC Berkeley, and a BA from Dartmouth.

Pavel Paramonov – CoFounder & Board Advisor | Linkedin
Pavel is a multidisciplinary innovator with 20+ years of experience at the intersection of computational finance, biotech, AI, and business analytics. As Founder & CTO of Ternary Intelligence, he builds advanced market models using statistical mechanics and machine learning for algorithmic trading. He also leads Multi-disciplinary Insights, providing scientific consulting across biomedical research, financial forecasting, and logistics.
Previously, Pavel co-founded TeraFold Biologics, developing a machine learning–based platform for protein therapeutics. He has held academic positions at Georgia Tech, Ohio State, and The University of Akron, and currently teaches AI and analytics at Hult International Business School.
