Fill out a quick application to introduce your startup. We handpick high-potential early-stage companies – if accepted, you’re welcomed into our program as a member of a curated global cohort. (All companies must be accepted and set up a virtual office to access our services.

Once on board, we kick off with an orientation call to understand your goals & tailor a plan.

2) San Francisco Virtual Office Setup

Next, we establish your Silicon Valley, USA business presence. Caphatch provides a downtown San Francisco office address for your startup, instantly giving you a foothold in the Bay Area. This becomes your “HQ” and mailing address for correspondence – lending your company credibility with that coveted SF zip code. We handle mail forwarding or scanning as needed, so you stay connected from anywhere.

In short, your startup is officially on the Silicon Valley map from day one.

3) Mentorship & Pitch Deck Refinement

With your virtual office in place, we focus on making you investor-ready. You’ll work 1-on-1 with our mentors and pitch coaches to refine your deck, strategy, and story. This includes pitch review sessions (bi-monthly for our Pro level, feedback from a Silicon Valley advisor panel, and a roadmap for global expansion. We operate as your fundraising partner, guiding you on how to present your startup to meet Silicon Valley venture norms.

By the end, you’ll have a polished pitch deck and a clear fundraising game plan – with pitch training and investor readiness coaching built in.

4) Ecosystem Integration

Throughout the program, we plug you into the Silicon Valley scene virtually. Caphatch gives you access to key events, networking opportunities, and founder communities. Expect invites to virtual Silicon Valley launch events, demo days, and advisor meetups. We’ll connect you with fellow global founders in our community and keep you in the loop on Bay Area happenings.

Think of it as being “on the ground” at tech meetups and pitch events – even if you’re logging in at midnight from across the globe. You’ll build relationships with peers and mentors, learning to navigate the Silicon Valley market’s culture and expectations along the way.

5) Investor Readiness & Mock Demo Day

Finally, we prepare you to approach investors with confidence. We ensure you’re fully prepared to impress them. We help polish your data room, sharpen your financials, and even run mock pitch sessions with a Silicon Valley judge panel. You’ll practice answering tough questions and get candid feedback from experienced advisors in our network.

By program’s end, you’ll have the pitch, the materials, and the insight to engage investors on your own. Our goal is that when you do reach out or walk into a meeting, you’ll “open investor doors” with a credible Silicon Valley presence backing you.
