The work before the launch
Turn expansion ambition

A focused engagement can cover the decisions below. We agree the priorities and deliverables around your company rather than assume every service is needed.
01
Opportunity & readiness
Assess the market, competitive alternatives and the commercial evidence you already have. Identify the gaps that need attention before committing further resources.
02
Customers & positioning
Define the target customer, buying context and value proposition. Review how pricing, packaging and the sales approach may need to change for US buyers.
03
Routes & relationships
Evaluate direct customer development, channel or strategic partnerships, and acquisition research where relevant. Match the route to your goals and capacity.
04
Priorities & operating foundations
Sequence the next actions, milestones and specialist requirements. Connect the commercial plan with decisions about company setup, people, finance and presence.

Qualified independent providers deliver professional legal, tax, immigration and other specialist advice. Availability, eligibility and fees are confirmed separately.
Company and cross-border finance
Coordinate formation, banking requirements, accounting, tax, multi-entity reporting and financial operations with the relevant providers. Corporate, tax and regulatory decisions require qualified professional advice.

Meet the CapHatch team
Before we begin
A few practical questions.
Do we need to incorporate or relocate first?
No. You can begin assessing the US market and preparing a plan from your current location. Later decisions about incorporation, travel, hiring or relocation depend on the work and specialist advice.
Can we start with one specific requirement?
Yes. Start with the objective or support area that matters now. We will discuss whether a focused scope, guided program or dedicated engagement is appropriate.
Is every service included in Lean Launch?
No. Lean Launch is a structured guidance program, not unlimited consulting or a dedicated sales team. Specialist delivery and hands-on execution are separately scoped.
How are scope, timing and fees agreed?
The engagement sets out the deliverables, responsibilities, operator involvement and fees. The team confirms availability before work begins; this page does not impose a standard timeline or a single execution price.
Do you guarantee US customers or investment?
No. CapHatch supports research, preparation and agreed execution. Customer, investor, partner and other third-party decisions remain outside CapHatch’s control.

need to do next?
