Lean Launch / US expansion program
Lean Launch.
A workspace. A plan.
An operator alongside you.
CapHatch OS, a US expansion workspace and structured human guidance in one program.
New OS and operator package · Planned
CapHatch OS
Keep company context and US expansion priorities together.
Operator review
One scheduled review each month, with questions between reviews within scope.
Software for context. People for perspective.
A guided starting point
for your US expansion.
For founders and leadership teams preparing to enter or validate the US market, or organize the next phase of growth. Choose structured guidance when your team can carry the work forward; dedicated execution is a separate engagement.
The program scope
One connected program.
Six practical components.
Software, expansion structure and human guidance each have a role. Here is what the planned package brings together.
Company context and workspace
CapHatch OS access for the program, with company context and a US expansion workspace. Start from the objective and information relevant to your business.
Readiness, priorities and milestones
Structure the next steps for US expansion. Review what needs attention and organize the priorities and milestones around your company’s objective.
One monthly operator review
One scheduled operator review each month to discuss progress, assumptions and the next decisions within the agreed program scope.
Questions between reviews
Raise questions related to the agreed scope between scheduled reviews. This is structured support, not unlimited consulting or an on-call execution team.
Evidence tracking
Keep relevant operating evidence connected to the expansion work. Review the information available and identify what still needs confirmation.
Relevant specialist coordination
Identify practical requirements and coordinate relevant specialist support. Professional advice, delivery and third-party fees remain separate.
A working rhythm
Prepare. Review. Move forward.
The scheduled monthly review is a point to reflect and decide, not a replacement for your company’s day-to-day work.
Bring the current picture.
Gather progress, relevant evidence and the questions you want to resolve. Use the company’s expansion priorities to focus the discussion.
Make sense of the next move.
Discuss what has changed, what remains uncertain and which priorities need attention with the operator assigned to the engagement.
Keep the work moving.
Your team carries out the agreed next steps, records progress and raises questions within scope. Revisit the plan as evidence develops.
Your team Provides accurate company information, carries out operating work and owns product and business decisions.
CapHatch Provides the agreed workspace, structured guidance, monthly review and relevant coordination within scope.

Can I enroll in the integrated program now?
The new OS-and-operator package is planned while CapHatch OS remains in private beta. Contact the team to confirm fit, availability and the applicable arrangements before enrollment.
Does the $499/month include the software workspace?
Yes. The planned program combines its CapHatch OS workspace access with the guidance described on this page. The price is for the bundle, not a separate operator fee added to a required standalone software subscription. Software access arrangements are confirmed before enrollment.
How much operator support is included?
One scheduled operator review each month, with questions between reviews within the agreed scope. Additional reviews, larger research requests or hands-on execution require a separate agreement. The team confirms review arrangements and responsibilities before you join.
Is US relocation or incorporation required first?
No. You can begin preparing and reviewing your US expansion from your current location. Later decisions about incorporation, travel, hiring or relocation depend on your requirements and the relevant specialist advice.
Are a San Francisco address and specialist fees included?
Not automatically in the new OS-and-operator package. Address and workspace arrangements, specialist advice, professional delivery and third-party fees are confirmed separately. Existing clients should refer to their own agreement.
Does the program guarantee customers, introductions or fundraising?
No. It provides software access, structure and agreed guidance. Customer wins, investor introductions, fundraising, partner decisions and other third-party outcomes are not guaranteed.
What happens to an existing Lean Launch agreement?
The new package does not automatically change your existing price or scope. Contact the team to discuss a transition; any change needs to be agreed separately.
What are the enrollment and billing terms?
The team confirms availability, software access, the start date and the applicable billing and cancellation terms before you enroll. This page presents the planned monthly program price; it is not a checkout or confirmation of service.
