Learn from the market. Refine the next move.

First US customers.
Or your next phase of growth.

For startups and scaleups testing their first US sales motion, SMEs expanding an established offer, and technology companies developing a new US segment. The starting point and scope depend on your product, traction and commercial objective.

What we help you build

One commercial objective.
The work around it.

Select the workstreams your company needs. Strategy, materials and hands-on activity are agreed in the scope; the list below is not an all-inclusive subscription.

01 / Market focus

Know the buyer.
Make the case.

Establish the commercial foundation before scaling outreach.

ICP Definition & Validation

Identify US customer segments, buyer roles, pain points and early adopter profiles. Define what to test, who to learn from and what would count as useful demand evidence.

US Positioning & Messaging

Refine your value proposition, category and company narrative for American buyers, investors and partners. Make the product and its relevance easier to understand and evaluate.

Competitive Positioning

Assess incumbents, alternatives and current buyer behavior. Sharpen the reasons to consider your company, without assuming home-market positioning transfers unchanged.

02 / Commercial design

Build an offer.
Choose the motion.

Connect your message to the way customers evaluate and buy.

Pricing & Packaging Strategy

Review pricing, packaging and offer structure against buyer expectations, competitive context and willingness to pay. Set out the assumptions that still need validation.

Sales Motion Design

Choose the approach that fits the product and buyer: enterprise, mid-market, product-led, channel-led or founder-led sales. Clarify the steps, responsibilities and materials the motion needs.

US Demand Generation Strategy

Align outbound, inbound, founder-led content, ecosystem channels and partner-driven acquisition with your stage, budget and market-entry priorities.

03 / Customer development

Start conversations.
Build the next step.

Turn preparation into a practical customer and partner development plan.

First Customer Acquisition Roadmap

Define target accounts, outreach priorities, proof points, conversion steps and execution milestones. Build a path toward initial US customers rather than promise a fixed number of wins.

Founder-Led Sales Playbook

Develop messaging, outreach scripts, discovery questions, objection handling and follow-up workflows. Equip founders and commercial teams to move discussions toward concrete next steps.

Pilot Programs & Strategic Partnerships

Structure pilot proposals, design-partner conversations and partnership opportunities. Clarify what needs validating, the relevant proof and the path from early interest to a commercial discussion.

Dedicated commercial engagement

More than a roadmap.
Work that moves it forward.

For companies that need more direct involvement in customer targeting, sales preparation, pilot development or partnership outreach.

What hands-on support can cover

Target-account work

Research and prioritize the customers or partners relevant to the agreed market focus. Prepare the context needed for a considered approach.

Buyer conversations

Prepare messaging and outreach structure, and support agreed customer-development activity with your team. Follow up on responses and next steps.

Pilots & partnerships

Shape pilot and partner propositions, coordinate the agreed conversations and help define the commercial next step.

Follow-up & learning

Keep work, responses and open questions organized. Review what the market is telling the team and adjust the agreed priorities.

Operator involvement, activity levels, responsibilities, review cadence and fees are agreed before work begins. Your team owns product delivery, commercial approvals and the final business decisions.

Illustrative engagement outputs

Practical materials.
Not just a presentation.

The engagement can leave your team with a defined customer focus, a usable sales approach and the work needed to test it. Exact deliverables depend on the agreed scope.

The market & buyer brief

Customer segments, buyer context, competitive alternatives and the assumptions that need validation.

Use it to decide where to focus.

The commercial playbook

Positioning, offer structure, outreach messaging, discovery questions and a follow-up process.

Use it to equip the people doing the work.

The execution plan

Prioritized accounts or partners, pilot steps, responsibilities and milestones for the agreed engagement.

Use it to connect action and review.

Review the work, not just the activity. Agree what to examine together: account fit, buyer responses, objections, pilot progress and the next commercial decision. These are review areas, not promised performance targets.

Match the support to the need

A guided program.
Or a dedicated engagement.

Dedicated GTM engagement

Scoped around your commercial objective

For targeted research, sales-motion preparation, customer development, pilots or partnership work. The scope sets the deliverables, operator involvement, activity and fees.

Lean Launch

OS and operator program · Planned

For structure and guidance rather than a dedicated sales team. The planned program combines CapHatch OS, a US expansion workspace, priorities, milestones and one scheduled monthly operator review, with questions between reviews within scope.

Discuss Lean Launch

The integrated Lean Launch package is planned while the OS is in private beta. Availability is confirmed before enrollment. Dedicated execution, specialist services and third-party fees are separate.

CapHatch OS is the workspace.

Company context, intelligence, decisions and execution in one place. Software access does not automatically include operator time or an outsourced sales team.

Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco

San Francisco / Silicon Valley

Local perspective.
Built around your team.

Prepare your company to be understood and evaluated by US customers, investors and strategic partners. Operator involvement is defined around the work, not assumed from the names on the website.

Company formation, San Francisco presence, investor materials and specialist requirements can be coordinated alongside the commercial plan through a separate scope.

How is GTM execution different from US market-entry planning?

Market-entry planning frames the opportunity, route and operating requirements. A GTM engagement goes deeper into the buyer, offer, sales motion, customer conversations and pilot or partnership work. They can be connected within an agreed scope.

Can we begin with a focused strategy project?

Yes. A company may start with customer definition, positioning, pricing or another specific commercial requirement. Discuss the objective and what is already in place before deciding the scope of execution.

Do you replace our founders or sales team?

Not automatically. CapHatch can equip your team and provide agreed hands-on support. Product expertise, delivery, pricing approvals and commercial decisions remain with your company unless specific responsibilities are expressly agreed.

Is outreach, paid media or specialist delivery included?

Only the activity included in your engagement is covered. Outreach volumes, campaign responsibilities, media spend, software costs and specialist fees need to be agreed separately; this page does not promise unlimited execution.

Do you guarantee meetings, pilots or customers?

No. CapHatch supports preparation and agreed commercial activity, but buyer responses, partnerships, pilot decisions and revenue are not guaranteed. The engagement should specify the work and deliverables, not promise a fixed customer count.

How are timing and fees determined?

The scope depends on the company’s stage, product complexity, target customer and required operator involvement. Deliverables, review points and fees are confirmed before work begins. This page does not introduce a standard retainer or change an existing agreement.

What should your next

Tell us what you sell, who you want to reach and what is already working. We will discuss the appropriate starting point and scope.

Please keep sensitive documents out of the initial enquiry. An enquiry does not create an OS account or confirm an engagement.
