CapHatch OS is in private beta, with access by invitation. An access request starts a conversation with the team; it does not automatically create an account or guarantee a place.

What is included in Lean Launch?

The planned program combines CapHatch OS, a US expansion workspace, readiness, priorities and milestones, one scheduled monthly operator review, questions between reviews within scope, evidence tracking and relevant specialist coordination. Integrated delivery is planned while the OS remains in private beta.

What does Lean Launch cost?

The planned combined OS-and-operator package is $499 USD per month. Availability and enrollment terms are confirmed before you join. Dedicated GTM execution, specialist delivery and third-party fees are separate. This is not a checkout or confirmation of enrollment.

How is dedicated GTM execution different?

Dedicated execution is separately scoped for more direct customer development, target-account research, partnerships and commercial activity. Lean Launch provides structure and guidance rather than a dedicated sales team.

Is operator time included with beta access?

Not automatically. Private-beta access, Lean Launch, dedicated GTM execution and specialist services have different scopes and terms. The planned Lean Launch bundle includes one scheduled monthly operator review and questions between reviews within scope.

How are project fees and terms confirmed?

The team confirms the applicable offering, price, software access, human support and availability before enrollment. Dedicated GTM work and specialist fees are separate. Share your objective to discuss the appropriate scope.

Is a San Francisco address included?

A business address, mail handling or physical workspace is not automatically included in the new OS-and-operator package. These arrangements, specialist delivery and third-party fees are confirmed separately. Existing clients should refer to their own agreement.

Do we need to relocate or incorporate first?

No. You can begin assessing the US market and preparing an entry plan from your current location. Later decisions about incorporation, travel, hiring or relocation depend on your requirements and the relevant specialist advice.

Does the OS cover every country and industry?

Company context can include markets beyond the US, but complete research and workflow coverage is not promised for every country or industry. CapHatch’s hands-on market-entry and GTM support is focused on the US.

Is Industry Insights the same as OS research?

No. Industry Insights is a directory of topic-based reading collections, including externally published material. It is separate from the research and operating context made available for a company inside CapHatch OS.

Does the new plan change an existing agreement?

The new Lean Launch package does not automatically change your existing price or scope. Contact the team to discuss a transition; any change needs to be agreed separately.
