We’re excited to welcome Pavel Paramonov, PhD as a Co-Founder and Board Advisor at Caphatch.

Pavel brings a rare combination of scientific rigor and entrepreneurial execution to our mission. With 20+ years of experience at the intersection of computational finance, AI, biotech, and advanced analytics, he’s built systems that push the frontier of what’s possible — and commercial.

As Founder & CTO of Ternary Intelligence, Pavel develops financial market models using statistical mechanics and machine learning to power high-frequency trading systems. He also leads Multi-disciplinary Insights, consulting on biomedical data, financial forecasting, and research optimization.

Previously, Pavel co-founded TeraFold Biologics, where he led the development of a computational platform that accelerated protein therapeutics R&D. His academic career spans postdoctoral work at Georgia Tech, visiting faculty roles at Ohio State University and University of Akron, and an adjunct faculty position at Hult International Business School, where he teaches AI in finance and business analytics.

At Caphatch, Pavel’s leadership in systems thinking and data-driven strategy will directly shape how we scale — from strengthening our platform infrastructure to supporting the global founders we work with.
